Project Brief

We developed a Copilot Agent tailored for an aviation MRO business to help employees access information faster, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline daily workflows. Built with Microsoft Copilot Studio and deployed directly into the organization’s environment, the agent became accessible in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint without additional infrastructure.

The Copilot Agent works as a conversational AI assistant, allowing engineers, planners, and support staff to retrieve technical manuals, summarize maintenance reports, and automate routine communications directly within their daily tools like Teams, SharePoint, CRM, and ERP without switching platforms or disrupting workflows.
